Ice Sports Australia
Ice Sports Australia (ISA) was established by Andrew Shelton to promote the development of a world-class ice-sports facility in metropolitan Melbourne.
Ice Sports Australia's major project to date has been the development of the National Ice Sports Centre, or the Icehouse as it is known, in Melbourne's Docklands. ISA was the proponent for the development of the Icehouse, arranged the project and has worked closely with ING Real Estate Development Australia to deliver it. Over the last ten years, ISA has brought together an outstanding team to design and develop the Icehouse.
The Icehouse opened in 2010, providing Melbourne with its first international-standard ice-sports venue and the new home of the Olympic Winter Institute of Australia (OWI).
ISA will continue to support the operations of the Icehouse and to be an active supporter and promoter of ice sports in Australia.
